Promon’s staff, which in December 2009 comprised 1360 professionals, 80% of whom were university graduates, work with determination and responsibility in pursuit of innovative ways to address the needs of its clients.
Promon has figured in all twelve editions of the Exame/Você S.A. guide to the best places to work in Brazil (As Melhores Empresas para Você Trabalhar no Brasil), and in 2005 ranked first among the hundreds of companies covered by the survey. In 2006, Promon was elected company of the decade by this same guide.
