As a knowledge-based organization, Promon recognizes that the excellence of its services is grounded most of all in the competence of its professionals.

Promon’s staff, which in December 2009 comprised 1360 professionals, 80% of whom were university graduates, work with determination and responsibility in pursuit of innovative ways to address the needs of its clients.

Promon has figured in all twelve editions of the Exame/Você S.A. guide to the best places to work in Brazil (As Melhores Empresas para Você Trabalhar no Brasil), and in 2005 ranked first among the hundreds of companies covered by the survey. In 2006, Promon was elected company of the decade by this same guide. This distinction recognized the soundness of its human resources policies and the success of its innovative business model, whose key attributes include the fact that all equity is owned by employees.
Promon encourages continuous professional development through mentoring, graduate courses in Brazil and abroad, and project management training partnership with Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
