Promon is a Brazilian private-sector organization with an innovative business model whose key attributes include the fact that all of its equity is directly or indirectly owned by employees. The model adopted recognizes Promon as an ensemble of interdependent and coherent businesses that share a common vision, values and objectives.
The organization´s operations are conducted by three companies: Promon Engenharia (wholly-owned subsidiary), PromonLogicalis (merge of Promon Tecnologia with Logicalis Group operations in Latin America) and Trópico (a joint venture with CPqD and Cisco).
The Organization also includes three affiliated entities: Fundação Promon de Previdência Social, Instituto de Tecnologia Promon and Instituto Razão Social, maintained in association with Instituto Camargo Corrêa and Grupo Gerdau.
