  • BRL 9.5 million in profit in the consolidated results.
  • BRL 1.2 billion in gross managerial earnings.
  • 3,188 professionals, including people from Promon S.A., Promon Engenharia, Forzy and Logicalis.

Forzy

  • BRL 4.3 million in sales.
  • BRL 3.4 million in gross earnings.
  • In nine months of operation, it achieved sales results that exceeded initial estimates.
  • Development of digital twin and operational efficiency solutions applied across sectors such as pulp and paper, bioenergy, and agribusiness, resulting in process optimization, loss reduction, and increased efficiency.

Promon Engenharia

  • BRL 168 million in sales.
  • BRL 238 million in gross earnings.
  • A challenging environment for new sales led the company to implement cost-reduction measures and restructure its operations, with a focus on ensuring business sustainability.
  • Diversification of the customer portfolio, expanding its presence in strategic sectors of the Brazilian economy.
  • Advances with the use of artificial intelligence and the creation of a data lake* to support data-driven decisions.
*A data lake is a system designed to store large volumes of raw and structured data, enabling more efficient and flexible analysis in the future.

Logicalis Latin America*

  • Leader in digital transformation in Latin America, operating in 10 countries.
  • Expansion of the portfolio to provide comprehensive technological solutions, including telecommunications, cybersecurity, data analytics, and hybrid cloud.

Fundação Promon de Previdência Social (FPPS)*

*Results in 2024.

  • BRL 1.9 billion in total investments in the MultiFlex (defined contribution modality) and BasicPlus (defined benefit modality) plans.
  • BRL 22.3 million in contributions received from 1,373 active and self-sponsored participants.
  • BRL 110.2 million in benefits paid to 753 assisted parties and pensioners.
  • Implementation of improvements in benefit structures, such as allowing partial redemptions by participants and extending sponsor contributions to professionals over 60 years of age.

  • Conducting of workshops involving engineering and sustainability teams, seeking process improvements based on ESG criteria.
  • Formalization of the Gender Transition Protocol, reinforcing the commitment to respect and accept diversity.
  • Conducting of the first Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory, adopting mitigation actions, and fully offsetting emissions through the purchase of credits, thereby achieving carbon neutrality.

  • In FY 2025, Forzy incorporated ESG practices into its projects and organizational culture.
