On the market for over 60 years, Promon S.A. is a holding company that operates on the engineering and technology markets. With a unique profile, it has professionals and former professionals of the Organization as shareholders.

Its portfolio includes the following:
  • Promon Engenharia: Operating on the professional engineering services and integrated infrastructure solutions market. Its focus is on the strategic power; infrastructure and logistics; mining and metallurgy; chemistry and petrochemistry; manufacturing, and oil and gas industries.
  • Logicalis Latin America: A global information and communication technology solutions and services company with operations in 12 countries in Latin America and serving clients operating out of different industries. It was formed by a joint venture between Promon S.A. and the British company Logicalis Group Limited.

In addition to these businesses, Promon S.A. sponsors Fundação Promon de Previdência Social (FPPS), a supplementary pension plan aimed solely at professionals who work or have worked for portfolio companies.
